Myoshi Marilla
Myoshi Marilla, a native of Virginia, not only sings, but dances and acts as well. She started singing in the church choir at a very young age. Over the years, Myoshi has performed in shows throughout the United States and abroad including Dick Clark's Golden Age of Television at the Trump Marina Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City. She was also a member of the cast of the award winning show, Clint Holmes' Sophisticated Rhythms at Harrah's Sky City in Auckland, New Zealand. The shows Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch and The Heart of Rock 'n Roll took Myoshi to Harrah's in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Clint Holmes then contacted her to be a featured singer in his show, Clint Holmes: A Tribute to the Ultimate Entertainers at the Trump Plaza Casino and Hotel in Atlantic City. She was one of the stars of Wolfman Jack's Rock 'n Roll Revue where she gave a powerful tribute to Whitney Houston, a hard-dancing salute to Janet Jackson, and a nod to Diana Ross & the Supremes.
Last year she had the pleasure of singing at a star-studded event for the King of Morocco at his palace in Marrakech, Morocco. Most recently, she performed for Robert DeNiro and his wife at a reception in their home. Since her arrival in New York, Myoshi has had the opportunity to perform at the Copacabana, The Rainbow Room, The Hudson Theater, and many others.
